The ZSD mobile application is intended for all electricity customers in the region of western Slovakia and currently allows you to:
- search for information on outages and failures in the electricity distribution network
- activate notifications of current faults and planned outages at your collection points *
- activate notifications for scheduling switching from VT to NT and vice versa *
- perform meter reading and display the assumption of future consumption (customers from the Household segment and from the Entrepreneurs segment with annual billing) * www.zsdis.sk/odpocet
- Search for a certified electrician near your home
- quick dialing for contacting the fault and customer line
- monitor the status of electronic connection request processing *
- view information about your collection point *
- share information about your collection point *
- report a shortage in the electricity distribution network
* to use some options, it is necessary to register and log in to the application.
